Addressbook
ODS-Addressbook offers features to add, manage, organize contacts for every ODS user.
Feature Highlights
- Create/Update/Delete Contact. The information is organized in four main tabs: Personal, Contact, Home and Business
- Tag Contacts. One or more contacts can be selected in order to add (n) tags to them. Additionally is offered option to add tags from the user's tags list, so called "My Tags".
- Import Contacts:User can import contacts from:
- Local File system or WebDAV: the user has option to import form the following files with type:
- vCard
- FOAF
- CSV: a mapping for the properties values to be retrieved is offered to the user.
- LDAP Servers: depends on what servers the user has defined at his User Profile Page->Tab "LDAP Servers"

- Export contact(s): user is offered to export contact(s) as vCard, FOAF, CSV
- Share contact(s) to other users
- View shared to the user contact(s)
- Simple/Advanced Search
- Advanced search offers options for:
- to search among own and shared contact(s)
- set max rows
- order by Name, Link or Folder
- Set Direction of the search results: Desc or Asc
- Show Tag Cloud within search results
- Advanced search offers options for:
- RSS, Atom, RDF support
- SIOC(RDF/XML), SIOC(N3/Turtle) support
